Teaming up with dewright design on a renovation in Canton, CT. Homeowners The Marino’s lived in their Canton Home for 10+ years and decided the layout did not work for their family anymore. A March “New Design” and the Renovation was complete by the End Of July.

Samantha had a Crisp & Contemporary Vision for the design and the colors. We were able to sketch up about six island ideas which was key to get the kitchen design perfect. It would now be the focus in this open plan. We also removed two sets of stairs and added two new staircases back in on the perimeter in order to open up the plan. The plan also included a new family full bathroom, a new laundry closet and a new half bath on the first floor. This was a full house renovation with the exception of the Master Bedroom.

We communicated via text and Pinterest in order to get ideas across quickly since they both work full time and are raising two daughters while taking on this project. Link to Pinterest on this website to see Marino Residence Ideas.

This renovation was done while the family of four and two dogs lived in the house. It was a challenge at times but worth every penny to really get a new home for half the cost of moving.
